Service requests and confirmation
- A website enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking or payment.
- We review service suitability, scope and available expert or priest allocation before confirmation.
- PUJ-06 and other custom arrangements proceed only after you accept a written scope and quote.
- We may decline a request that is outside our scope, cannot be performed responsibly or lacks the information needed for confirmation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, birth, sankalp, property and service information to the best of your knowledge.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive or third-party private information without authority.
- Review the stated inclusions, exclusions, timing, venue and expert arrangement before proceeding.
- Do not make private or off-platform payments to an expert, priest, coordinator or other individual claiming to represent us.
