Standard charge
Applicable shipments to serviceable addresses in India are charged at a flat ₹150 per dispatch. GST is not charged. The charge and item will be shown in the written service confirmation before payment.
Serviceability and timing
Dispatch timing begins only after the relevant service is complete and the delivery address is confirmed. Courier reach and transit time depend on the destination and carrier. We will not accept a shipment request if the destination cannot be served responsibly.
Current limits
Most current services are digital or performed without a physical shipment. A completion update or digital report does not include physical prasad, samagri, gemstones or another product unless the service scope expressly says so. We do not make authenticity, medicinal or outcome claims for shipped items.
Address issues
Please provide a complete, accurate Indian delivery address and reachable phone number. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or an unaccepted delivery may require approval before redispatch.
