We first collect basic contact details, the selected service and your short enquiry. Depending on the confirmed service, we may later request relevant birth details, sankalp information, gotra if known, preferred dates, a service address, floor plans, property photographs or other details needed to deliver that service.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, assess scope and allocate an eligible expert or coordinator.
- To deliver, support and document the service you requested.
- To prevent misuse, maintain operational records and meet applicable obligations.
- To send WhatsApp service updates only when you separately opt in to that channel.
Payments and consent
IndyPooja does not ask for card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords. When online payments become available, payment credentials will be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by this website. Service consent, WhatsApp opt-in and any future marketing consent are separate choices.
Sharing and security
Relevant details may be shared only with the allocated expert, priest, coordinator and service providers needed to fulfil or support your request. We do not sell personal information. Please do not send sensitive Kundli, plan or sankalp details in an initial enquiry unless they are necessary to explain the request.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with your enquiry, email help@indypooja.com with your reference number. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational, safety or legal reasons.
